Buckle Up for Life is a national child passenger safety education program, created by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Toyota to empower all families to buckle up and go safely. Our goal is to make every car ride safe for every child by educating caregivers around the country about safe travels - one family, one car seat, one lesson at a time.

It really adds up
We've proven that more knowledge means more safety. In a single city, we’ve tripled the number of children buckled up in families who participated in our programs. We will continue to expand our reach with the help of our partners. Here is some of the success they are having.
University Health System
San Antonio, TX
Increased the use of booster seats among elementary students in Bexar County by 15%.
Saint Francis Hospital
Increased community high school students knowledge on risk taking behavior while driving on the road by 50%.

Child passenger safety week
Safety for kids in cars is such an important issue, it has its own week. Each fall, we give it our all pushing awareness and education around the country. If Child Passenger Safety Week saves just one life, it’s totally worth it.
Car seats donated to families in need…and counting.
